Weiler’s E1250B will keep your paving operation moving while delivering a high R.O.I. Weiler’s patented, twin-interlaced auger system provides a true remix with superior reduction of particulate and thermal segregation while processing up to 600 tph (544 mtph). The variable speed elevator and discharge conveyor match plant output while reducing wear. By setting chain speed to match production, the number of revolutions of the chain are reduced and larger packets of mix are carried with each slat, reducing material segregation.
The E1250B delivers higher margins with lower cost-per ton of asphalt placed, with equal productivity. One elevator and one conveyor reduces the number of wear items, and cost. The 24” (610 mm) shifting operating platform and ergonomic controls provide the operator with excellent visibility and comfort. The operator station shifts side to-side and features a high-back, heated suspension seat that rotates 357°.
Full-width, hydraulic drop down floors along with hydraulic clean-out doors for the remix chamber provide unmatched access for daily clean-out and inspections. With the addition of the optional internal spray down system for chains and sprockets, the E1250B is designed to simplify the critical daily clean-out process.
An optional sonic sensor maintains the level of material in the paver hopper by adjusting the speed of the elevator and conveyor. The distance to paver radar sets and maintains the distance to the paver and can be engaged from a stopped or moving position.

The Weiler E1650 offers complete control and allows for non-stop, non-contact paving. With 15 tons (13.6 mt) of onboard storage, triple pitch remix augers and 600 tph (544 mtph) discharge capacity, the E1650 keeps the paving train moving while reducing particulate and thermal segregation for smooth, long lasting roads.
The storage hopper management system features a sonic sensor that measures the material in the storage hopper. The paver hopper management system automatically controls the speed of discharge conveyor and storage elevator to maintain a consistent level of material while the distance to paver radar maintains distance between the E1650 and paver. The variable speed elevator and conveyors allow the E1650 to match plant output while reducing wear. By setting chain speed to match production, the number of revolutions of the chain are reduced and larger packets of mix are carried with each slat, reducing material segregation.
The 8’ 6” (2.6 m) width from outside of tire to outside of tire of the E1650 provides room to work for the ground operator. The narrower width, along with rear steer option with 17’ (5.2 m) inside turning radius, provides excellent maneuverability on narrow roads. The 24” (610 mm) shifting operating platform with ergonomic controls is located at the front of the machine for exceptional visibility and comfort.
